Our mIssion

Which we choose to accept is…

The continuous study of the nervous system and how to apply that knowledge:

To bridge the gap between traditional approaches and what else is possible.

To educate and empower those who wish to improve their movement.

Who We are

Through the years helping athletes recover from injuries, it was always bothersome when some athletes would have injuries that would linger season after season.

I decided I was missing something in my education. I dove into learning about the body from different lenses of view. I now have an appreciation for the body as a whole, not as parts, and the systems that work together to give us the freedom to move.

My education is a never ending journey as the human body is truly fascinating and incredibly complex. My passion right now is the study of the nervous system as I have seen some amazing results targeting that system alone.

If you are looking for a different approach to improve how you move you have come to the right place.
