Still unsure about a brain-based approach?

Follow us on Instagram as we work hard to provide free content to improve awareness of the magic of working with the nervous system.

What to expect

Brain-based movement sessions grounded in neuroscience, giving you real-time feedback and clarity on what works for your body.

1. Brain-Based Coaching Session

We will use applied neurology and The SQUARE 1 System to take a general approach building nervous system resilience.

2. Choose your own adventure

Continue with single session follow ups using applied neurology and The SQUARE 1 System or commit to a deeper dive into your nervous system.

3. Personalized Guidance

Commit to assessments of your visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems to determine where you could use an upgrade. Based on your specific goals and health history we will develop a plan just for you. You will be coached and guided through drills to target underperforming or overstimulated areas of the brain to help improve your overall well-being.

Upgraded Movement is not a medical or rehab clinic. We do not diagnose or treat injuries, but our sessions are designed to support your body and complement your medical or rehabilitative care.
